He is the founder and CEO of Amazon, a multibillion-dollar technology firm. He is powerful because of his wealth, which gives him a certain amount of clout. Prior to founding Amazon in 1994, he spent nearly eight years on Wall Street in a number of capacities.
Amazon, which began as an online bookshop, today sells a wide range of e-commerce goods and services, including cloud computing, video/audio streaming, and artificial intelligence.
With $400 billion in sales, it is now the world’s largest online retailer. Due to his ion for space travel, Bezos launched Blue Origin, a suborbital spaceflight services company, in the year 2000.
